Designed with patient convenience in mind, it enables online teleconsultations and video medical consultations. Make appointments with just a few clicks! After filling out the medical form, you can extend your prescription. Our doctors are available 7 days a week. Whenever you need it.

New! Emergency visits with a family doctor within the National Health Fund are possible.

How to start?

Cold?
Book a consultation and talk to your doctor about your ailments. If your health situation requires it, you will receive a prescription for medicines and a sick leave certificate. Dimedic is medical care for you and your family - we also offer consultations for children.

Do you have diabetes, thyroid, or are taking regular medication (e.g. contraceptives)?
You can extend your prescription at Dimedic. Submit an application online. If you are a new patient, wait for a call from the doctor and provide them with information. You will complete the next prescription extension without calling the doctor. The final decision to issue a prescription is always made by the doctor. We will send the e-prescription code by text message.

Do you want to consult a specialist?
Dimedic offers, among others, the care of a dermatologist, allergist or psychologist. The specialist will plan the therapy and provide you with detailed recommendations.

Are you on holiday?
You can get Dimedic help throughout the European Union. The doctor will consult you in the event of unexpected health problems.
